In addition to strength indicators, I pay special attention to the psychological preparation and motivation of athletes – it was this approach that allowed my best trainees to become the European champions in cross-duathlon and complete the Ironman 70.3 distance in 4:45’.

Individual nutritional plan and analysis of daily intake

A structured meal schedule based on your desired goals: competition, pre-competition period, weight loss or weight gain. You will learn how to create a menu for the day and week using the principle of blocks according to the method of Barry Sears.
